RE: Next step before any agreement6 Mar 2026 09:22
Over the coming months we’ll find out whether the board can actually deliver. There are a number of long‑term holders sitting on large losses and I’m treating my position as an expensive lesson. The reality is the balance sheet is weak, cash is very limited and nothing material can move forward without external funding or a partner. Directors remuneration has been partly deferred and added to amounts owed on the balance sheet, which raises fair questions about alignment and incentives. Personally I’ve lost confidence in the board, but at this stage all shareholders can really do is recognise the risks, size their positions accordingly and wait to see what, if anything, management can secure.
Worth also remembering this is a classic microcap AIM situation where rampy posts and wild targets don’t change the basics…. weak balance sheet, very limited cash and a need for funding/partner. Everyone should read the RNS and accounts themselves rather than relying on the anonymous rampers on here.
