Hopefully we do strike a deal but the question is what will make KDR stand out from the crowd? My personal opinion is that we will be coming back empty handed, not because I don’t believe in what we have. I think we have lots of potential here. I just look at managements track record and I’m not convinced. We may have the best assets in the world but ultimately it’s up to management to have a strategy in order to get partners. I feels a bit like let’s go to PDAC, cross our fingers and hope for the best.

I agree that after the new shares hit the market, there could be potential for a bounce, assuming the market absorbs the new shares without significant selling pressure. The absence of forward selling and overhang could be a positive sign that the stock might have room to move up if positive news comes through. That said, I'm still cautious about the risks involved. As we've seen in the past, dilution from further fundraises could continue to weigh on the share price, especially if Karelian hasn't yet secured a partner or shown strong exploration results. I'll be closely watching for any announcements regarding drilling or potential strategic partnerships to better gauge the company's near-term potential.

Maybe we will wake up to a decent RNS next week who knows…..

A lot is resting on them coming back from PDAC with a partner. What if they come back empty handed? Even if they do secure a partner how long will the due diligence processes take? It won’t happen overnight. I’m usually very positive about KDR but 2025 is make or break. I think they have one maybe 2 placings left in them and then it’s lights out.

I thought that it was a bargain at 1p and thought that was the bottom and I bought more. Then I got caught with my pants down 2 weeks later in this placing. The fact KDR market cap is 900k is absurd and increased shares by 25% all for a measly 300k to pay salaries and drill holes. If they don’t get partners by July come August they will need another fund raise.

They have no choice now to pull their finger out as they could have done a heck of a lot more in the last 16 years. This is why we have drifted lower and lower and lower. When we have actual progress then my faith will be restored. The fact that there are some of the same management are in both conroy and Karelian says they aren’t 100% focused on one company. So this begs the question….how much of this 326k will be going on paying wages and how long til Conroy has another fundraise pay their second wage?

I think when the stars align we should be worth at least 50p per share. But as management have done placing after placing they’ve wiped out most shareholders including themselves. They must be very confident that they’ll be able to pull it off this year. If we are at 0.7p after a placing what’s next if they can’t find partners? 0.4p? Anyone else lost faith in management? Surely they should have been seeking out strategic partners long before now?

Back in April 2020 to Jan 2021 Conroy Gold went from 6p to 45p and they don’t have anywhere near as valuable assets as KDR

Am I correct in my thinking that someone dumped 1.35 million shares the day before this placing happened. Surely not a coincidence?

Doesn’t help that the diamond market isn’t doing great. Hopefully they can secure a partner for NI soon. Fingers crossed for Lahtojoki permit and potentially a partner. These shares are getting put away in the bottom drawer for better days.

Hopefully we get some positive news soon. I won’t be buying anymore even at these prices, I’m confident that we have hit the bottom but who knows…. We are at such levels due to management having a placing after placing after placing. I think this year is last chance saloon for KDR as soon they won’t be able to keep doing placings. They need to secure partners in 2025 and get great results. We are in a high risk high reward situation. Whilst i am sub 3p and have been annihilated by these placings I really feel for holders who have been around decades and have been almost wiped out. I do wonder if management had been more strategic, then could we be in double figures by now? In terms of the burn rate of cash, they’ll be drilling soon and that isn’t cheap. If they come back from PDAC empty handed and don’t secure partners soon then it begs the question how many more placings can they do? Normally I’m quite positive about this company but the latest placing whilst in the current position was necessary it shouldn’t have gotten to this point.

Positive news could drop at any point. I don’t see what other option at this point there was to do than to fundraise. Most LTH have been heavily diluted, my average is sub 3p and I’m sitting on heavy losses. However I still think that one day we will be sitting at double maybe even triple digits for the share price.

A placing was to be expected, they have a lot of work to do. Put them in the bottom drawer and forget about them.

Seems like both CNGR and its sister company KDR will be hopefully dropping decent RNS soon….maybe just in time for PDAC. I wonder if both companies could strike a deal here?

SP moves on very little volume which shows you how little there is in free float. Once people start to want to buy in then it will fly.

Your figure won’t be far off I suspect as there will be quite a few long term holders that aren’t reporting that are hanging onto these shares. I’m thinking of having a top up of 500,000 shares next week. I have a feeling that there won’t be much opportunity to get in at these levels again. Unless of course there is another fundraise. Cash position wise how likely do we think this might happen? Assuming their average burn rate I don’t think think it’ll be until Q2 that they will need to fundraise again. But then again drilling is quite expensive and I would expect that will be happening fairly soon.

Actually there are 59,522,139 shares held by insiders and significant shareholders, which is 46.24% of the total shares outstanding (128,692,744).
