I also won't be surprised if they report diamonds in the samples when the ODM results arrive. More than likely will be here before Xmas.

I've also seen it many times before with stocks that fall out of favour and then before you know it they're flying high. The assets here are not worthless by any means, they just aren't generating any income until mining is in production.

The real value here will be realised once they enter a joint venture with a major. It could be a while however before this happens. I don't think for the PI the placing was done at the best of times but for BOD it was perfect timing. Once the appropriate news comes out it will change direction very quickly indeed. It's just may however take a bit of time to get there.

Won't be long before we start to see a rise in SP here. We are still awaiting news don't forget I think 2024 could be an interesting year despite the current dip in the share price due to the recent placing.

Hopefully a re rate before end of year? It is merely a waiting game. Conroy Gold have 5 million shares in KDR. They know that when KDR comes good that will mean the company has a substantial amount in KDR stock.

It is due a re rate but I think it will be done at standard KDR pace. Hopefully we get a bit more insight by year end as opposed to them tweeting about copper every other day.

I'm not sure they will do an MBO. If that is the case CNGR will have to give up the millions of shares at the set price. I don't think it's a very likely scenario.

Personally I think they are setting themselves up to take the company to a point where it will be sold for a substancial sum without ever having to get a mine in production.

Share price seems to be holding steady even with a few sellers. I can't really see it going anywhere between now and AGM. Think it's a case of just sitting tight and waiting for news, whenever that may be.

Same, for now I won't be topping up until the company starts delivering some decent news, but by that point I won't be able to buy. Happy sitting on what I have. Hopefully come AGM things start to improve.

Thanks for the tip, I will do some research. Will you be staying invested in KDR? I agree might be a little way off but I have the strong belief KDR will prosper but recently it certainly feels like the company has takenxone step forward, two steps back.

The only thing that has changed for me is a placing has occurred at a big discount and they released wooly news to further their own gains. This still doesn't change the fact that we are sat on the assets worth a lot of money. The way I see it is the BOD are getting themselves into the best position for when this skyrockets when they release substantial news.

Peterhouse also retweeting a number of posts from other exploration companies who are tweeting about copper.

In light of recent news and placing I still see a bright future for this company. I still think that a takeover is likely down the line. While the recent events are frustrating, I still believe that sooner or later we will find ourselves in a good place.

In summary, directors and associates are being greedy, filling their boots before the real news arrives. Would explain the PRN's....

I also wonder about the rather large sells that had been going through in recent weeks. Coincidence??

Release rubbish PRN's, market won't react and will keep the SP low, then fundraise at a heavy discount to benefit directors. I think they will have some questions to answer at AGM as this isn't right. I was expecting a fundraise at some point but not at such a heavy discount. 3.5p would have seemed more reasonable. I think between now and AGM they're going to have to pull it out of the bag to really change shareholder sentiment.
