Is the current SP inclusive of the recently allocated discounted shares, which are yet to hit the market? Or will GDR see a big drop when they land?

Magsy you haven't got a clue. You're the type that has an opinion based upon not knowing the details and therefore completely irrelevant.

I verbally explained and was told I would make the list - I did not. I even have email proof from FinCapp saying I am on it! I can also prove I was a holder obviously but HL did not need it (so the person said who i opened the account with) and yes, they knew exactly why i wanted to join - i explained Lloyds would not accept my request.

I'd avoid HL and Lloyds and step on up to ODX and AVCTA :)

@franco - as in the discounted shares I should have received but did not. So just out of my unpleasant experience trying to sort the discounted shares and not getting a single one, I would like to see this SP rise to 230p, then tata and put it all into ACVT or ODX, which i think is going to fly and multi-bag within 2 weeks.

HL and FinCapp absolutely knew i was a holder as I was speaking to them both directly. Otherwise I wouldnt be bothered. I am hoping for 230p then bye bye

@ben it absolutely is personal when there's thousands of pounds at stake, which I should be making due to being a holder since March/April and since trying everything I can to request them before the deadline. Therefore it was not my incompetence at all. Get it right or keep shut.

@Ben wake up. Spite as in stubborness just to place my money elsewhere and walk away. I have been absolutely done when I did everything right to get the discounted shares. I dont even care how many i would have got but the point that I got zero, was a holder and did everything in my power to get them and neither the banks, broker etc give a damn. It's corrupt. So I want my money and out. I already made a fair bit out of GDR I will just feel a whole lot better making MY MONEY on a share and company which had less bad luck written all over it.

I've been a holder of a few COV shares since April. Made a few quid, held some sold some. But I must say I feel totally out done by this particular share and I do wish people well, I just personally want out and am waiting for my moment. If the placing wasn't bad enough timed (I understand the SP soared in the time frame), but being a relatively new investor, I was unaware I had rights to get the discounted shares and actually purchased at 230p. I then spoke to Lloyds who is my broker and they literally said they would not place my order with FinCapp, so I went to all the effort of starting a NEW account with HL. I placed my order but didn't get ANY at the discounted price because I was not placed in the "current holdings" list, despite requesting this and despite being one! So royally annoyed with Lloyds, HL, FinCapp AND GDR! Give me my money back so out of spite I can walk away and make it over at AVACTA or ODX. And in time before the placing shares hit the market - please and thank you. GLA. Rant over. DYOR and take care.

As I’ve said many times (check my posts). That RNS is a corker. Linking a pharma company to a global, televised fashion brand is GENIUS!!! The contacts they have, the power and money behind them, the sentiment to take their business into the COV sector, do some serious damage and not to think of all the 16-24 year olds telling their parents RIGHT NOW! I’m not going to overly ramp because that’s not right. But that RNS, with so much news to come was superb. I’m not sitting here saying it’s going to be £5. My target is £2.50, although it could go far beyond, and it could potentially not reach it, not even life is guaranteed, but I’d put my money (literally have), on the fact it will be £2.50, quite possibly next week. Thinking and hoping the open is even higher for those slow to hear the news. And that the price is high just in time for actual news, then to the moon. Certainly would NOT want to be out this Bank Holiday weekend, that’s for sure!! Think of all the friends BooHoo have that will keep ploughing in ;) then TV adverts, press the lot! I topped up £5k yesterday at 141. Have a £2.50 target. Let’s see....

Google “AVCT share price”. Look at the direction of the 1 day graph. Now imagine it at 8am.

People were saying how silly a move it was too proceed with the BooHoo exclusive. Much to my surprise, the RNS lands and price dropped, giving me a perfect time to TOP UP, which I did at 141. I am wishing i had topped up more and I love the way this graph steadily keeps rising, and rising. MedUSA is genius. Everything about it. Serious weight for UK press. Clever name to keep the yanks happy. 10/10. BRING. IT ON.

I forgot to add all those 18-24 year olds knowing about Medusa then telling their parents!! It’s very VERY clever

The more I think about it the more I think this deal is genius. BOOHOO are on tv daily. I can even sing the advert song in my head booooohoooo.commmm. They’re global, marketing geniuses with serious weight. They wouldn’t waste their time or money without being very confident in a profitable outcome. I think this is great and well soon see why!.... this will rocket when people realise and more news lands. DYOR hold and buy

@wintzy I feel this is great journalism, there’s no point mentioning Avacta first or more. The general public don’t know the name. Placing BooHoo in the title at the top means it will be familiar and get read by much more people. The story sells!

Added £5k at 141 which I’m fairly confident will close 150+, possibly even 160

You are either someone who waits for news then, deramping begins and you buy in (kind of reducing risk in sense as news has landed, but could get spiked plus, you see much less profit)! Or...

You do your research, invest on knowledge and belief, and wait for the news to land ;)
