I’ve been holding in ODX since March. But I took the profits from other cashed in shares and put it on ODX taking me to £15k and I was dreading to lose what I’ve worked hard for, for months. And thought it might keep dropping. Then saw it rise today and figured it would keep rising so been caught twice.

So yeah I know how to hold for 24 hours. I also know about the company but just got thrown off with that RNS and sp drop!!

Not really sure who with lol. And it’s also very annoying to see the people on this BB wishing investors lose out. I am a long term holder and went in as large as I could (£10k) yesterday at 58p and was so happy in profit especially as this was a massive level up. I panic sold at the end at 64p simply because it’s too much money to lose. I never planned on shorting. I bought back in today at 74p and am sitting on an uncomfortable and unfair loss. I really hope and do believe this will pick up but sooner rather than later to avoid hair loss! Hurry up and release the mother f RNS

It's just a once in a lifetime opportunity and that f****n RNS really messed it up big time. Trying to level up. Percentage wise Ive made huge gains but I started much smaller. Had I have put £10k in to start with (if i had it), I'd have made maybe £100k+! NCVT, GDR, ACVT Im in and seen the big rises, still more to go but the last Cov share I believe will see huge rises is ODX so its the last one left in my view to see multi bag. Just soooo gutted about that RNS, then my fear of losing the £10k cost me a few grand and now having to start again at the 74p level instead of the 58p level I was in at. Hey Ho just gotta hope now news comes soon. GLA - you only live once!

Yesterday was the most nerve wracking day I've had in dealing. I put all the £10k I had earned over the past month on Cov shares into ODX at 58p, topping up my £5k from 54p, and was looking at about £7k profit, which for me is big. It then crashed and I panicked sold that £10k getting out with £1k profit from it, having already started to think how i was going to spend the £7k minimum I was looking at. Been up since 5am and hoped back in at 74p ahead of the government news in a few minutes which might attract more attention. Sooo gutted about yesterday seeing it crash, then panic selling through fear of losing that £10k. I hope for everything this works out, and for me that I see a decent amount back from this. I need it to hit £1 now before I can relax.

Not sure how this can get RNS today, if at 4pm yesterday it was stated “ it is not aware of any material reason for the significant increase.”??

The ODX CEO mentions some positive news this afternoon which clearly strengthens confidence, and buys come flooding in, the SP soars.

Later that same day, and just before close, After putting this statement out via RNS (and seeing the SP slump) "it is not aware of any material reason for the significant increase."

What this tells me is the RNS can't land tomorrow, because the time this RNS was published was close to trading close, and now Boris is saying the government are hoping to announce plans tomorrow for Track and trace (which sounds like us), but I don't understand, how they can now RNS this after todays RNS.

Hope this makes sense - Im head fried after todays craziness and trying to work out what is even possible after these statements.

DYOR GLA £1+ INCOMINGGGGGG

I bought back in March and have been topping up a few times since, putting my most cash in (£5k) last week at 140p, setting a £2.50 target and predicting it will be met this week. I didn't think it would be so bullish but here we are and I might have to rethink the target price, without letting greed rule my head. But I can see this reaching £3-£4. I was shocked when people sold out that morning the RNS landed about BooHoo, this is when I topped up the £5k and got a really good price. I instantly knew that RNS was a beast and I can't begin to say how much i still agree with that, and how brilliant this share is! Im in on multiple COV shares but they go up/down and news takes a while. Avacta seem to be doing it all right and the SP keeps rising steadily. Love it. DYOR. Imagine that RNS lands tomorrow. Could be seeing £3 sooner than i thought!

@vanilla I’m with you. That is certainly an accurate daily routine of mine but it certainly won’t be for long. Another month or so the top slice and relax ;)

I wake up everyday, at 7am without an alarm and on working days, am straight to my phone to check if an RNS lands. If not, I try to nap for 20 minutes but it never happens so I get straight up eat and grab a coffee reading, waiting for 8am. I’m then hooked until 4:30pm staring at multiple graphs; rampers, derampers and 5% that speak sense. It’s then switch on the news time to listen to the Coronavirus update. Then dinner, few chores and bed. Not much sleep then 7am returns. Talk about Groundhog Day! I often don’t know what day it is until it’s the weekend. And now I’m waiting 3 days until the market opens, wondering what this potentially life changing share will open at..... predictions???

@johny thanks i am actually annoyed simply because the money means a lot to me, and i should be sitting on at least £2k pure profit from the shares i rightfully should have received. I even found out through a contact the average placing request was 5-8k so I went in at 8k and would have been very happy with 20-30% but getting zero, is just not right. PN: I am ONLY explaining all of this so others cn learn from what has happened. I do the same when I read other rants lol.

@PHIL I had an email from someone mentioned on the RNS @FinCap who specifically said i was noted and "on the holders list".

@Johny - I dont want sympathy. I want to let people know what happened, especially so even ewer investors than myself can learn.

@groover i didnt want to day trade. Ive held for a few months and wouldve been happy to continue doing so. Now, I kinda want to day trade and move on. i agree its the brokers fault, plus FinCapp BUT the placing wasn't great so it's a combination really. Just a bad egg for me. I believe in multiple COV shares, they are all trying to save lives. Some have more legs than others tho, without burning bridges. Take care and have a nice weekend.

@phil i feel your pain. Its just not right. And considering I was specifically told i was on the list I took an £8k loan! Then didn't get a single share so paid the loan straight back. Stinks really which is why I want out now as there's so many other shares to make money from, then in time I'll prob research a new broker. That "business decision" they made is just not right. i feel so burnt by all of this. GL to you tho, whatever you decide.

@demon so you are saying the day the shares are allocated GDR will not see an instant drop? Im no investor pro but my gut tells me the SP will drop quite a bit when people are allocated them and instantly sell for a profit, resulting in mass selling? Also, don't assume everyone has the same knowledge, were all trying to learn and make money for our livlihoods. No need to land a subtle dig.

I understand there are factors which will effect the price, but lets say everything stayed exactly as it is, when the discounted shares land, i wonder if this is already factored into the current SP and it will therefore stay the same, or if it is not factored in, meaning the SP will drop...
