If we can continue getting good results, the next fund raise will be at a discount of zero (this is possible, for I have seen it elsewhere on AIM). And how many of us will complain about dilution, if the share price does not fall? Only one, I suppose; the man in the green box.

Why you, rather than me? You actually know something about geology; I'm a literature and history man.

Brad's self-esteem and reputation are invested; and his options give him a financial incentive for the company to do well. That (plus his expertise as a geologist, and his communication skills) is enough for me.

The answer is: (i) the warrants being exercised; (ii) new shares being issued. But if it's done at a higher price each time, because of good drilling results, what does it matter?

In the first interview with Brad I saw (early 2021), he said, "it is very rare to be working on a project of this quality," referring to Anza. I thought, is he lying? No, he's not; and decided to buy, which has been the cause of much misery and lamentation since.

But his statement remains true.

Brad's cheerfulness is best understood by remembering that since he took office, the company has been hit by not one, but two misfortunes: covid, followed by "care and maintenance" (known to us lesser mortals as a stab in the back). After such calamities, the freedom to do what you want to do, which is drill for gold, must be delightful.

It's good to see OMI rising, in order to prove my prediction wrong.

I may be completely wrong about this; but my guess is we will be down tomorrow, because of profit taking. We have risen by about 100% in 5 days, so that should be expected. When a stock rises, it's always in zig-zag fashion.

The same is true when a stock falls, because people have to cover their short positions. But that is not relevant here, and won't be for a long time to come.

Absolutely. How things change. I had a deep fear that Newmont and Agnico would pull out of the deal, and deliberately scupper the company (despite the fact that Newmont is a major shareholder), in order to buy Anza on the cheap.

But I was wrong, and you were right, I'm pleased to say.

It's an honour and a privilege to be a shareholder. I've only felt that once before, and that was with GGP.
