Another drop on dilution and consolidation.

There are no buyers for the company. Cash could be depleted by end of July. The company says a funding is necessary. Why would anyone buy these shares? Best throw in the towel. Any one staying in will face share price fall on opening and another on a placing and even then it may not stay in business. Administration on the cards.

With no buyer in sight and cash running out at end of July, and a placing necessary things look bad here. Any funder will demand a hefty discount. Big Share fall on opening.

And for the business to move forward it will be in need of a funding and or placing.

And so far away from any sort of monetisation that has to be several more placings. Now the fact is aa more placings will be done at lower and lower prices raising less and less money, can it remain as a going concern.

To get anything into production so much money will be needed it could never issue enough shares. Anyone buying into this outfit or even holding can only expect more dilution. This thing will eat into any money raised in less than a month.

SELL AND AVOID ITS NOT AN INVESTMENT. Putting money into this is throwing you money away. A gamble of finding diamonds? Try my backyard, i will charge half the amount and take 50% less salary.

No up front monies so VAL will continue for some time to rely on placings.

So it will get some shares? And a free tag along and carry? £16m is not incoming as claimed. Perhaps if trials are successful. Years and years away from monetisation if at all.

This rise will soon evaporate into thin air, as the realities show that there are more dilutions in offing. No up front payments, just paper and promises, very much in the vein of TheoreX

Not a profitable business and army some point no one is going to give the company more authority to issue shares, unless the boss and 52% owner can push that through.

Not a great business and wonder has to wonder if there is an actual business here. A road show is not going to turn this around and probably lose the company money. More dilution on its way. What a boring company..

Not long for the next placing. Cant see this stay afloat for much longer. Cash coming from placings alone.

The board is not blocking any counter bid. Even Sidara is waiting and not yet has offered a bid. Other companies do not suspend for month and months as there was no requirement to do so. The company has no choice but to suspend the shares as them are the rules. And it cannot lift the suspension until it issues the accounts. It cannot lift the suspension. When the accounts are issued only then it can do so.

Even in suspension any company can bid but they would be daft to do so without seeing the accounts. There is plenty of time for counter-offer. It looks like the accounts will be finalised within the next 2 days. We just have to hope that Sidara actually make a firm offer. For this to not be another extension Sidara must put up and shut up. Or ask for another extension. It could be tight and it could be another extension. Yet the shares could come back from extension any how. Good luck.

I have made about £50,000. Please allow me to do what I want. And post as and when. Thanks Originally bought these at 1.0 pence and was with it all the way to 14 pence. Those days I was lucky to get in on the bottom and out close to the top. I do not always get it right. Do you know anyone who does? Perhaps you? Let me enjoy my self wont you?
