Lots of small pharm are going to go to the wall and will not see 2026. There is a whole line of them and each one has totally wiped out holders. I think Pi have finally cottoned on to the idea that they have just been supporting and financing a gravy train for management and at best these companies will never bring in a earning or a profit and should be seen as a charity. You give and give and give then never see a return. So many wiped out here already and anyone buying in could also be wiped out. I will leave out naming all those failed Pharma, as they are clearly known.

The Board has referred to the fact that the Group and Parent Company are reliant on future fund raisings to continue their activities as budgeted.

Should future fund raisings be unsuccessful, this may cast significant doubt on the Group and parent Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

Looking at possible future administration. Or this is where the company delists and someone takes ownership and the shareholders are left with zilch.

Company seems to have zero prospect. Or a future of continual placings to keep the management in on a gravy train.

No earnings and the company being as far off as ever to monetisation and any profit, the company can only be kept afloat by more placings. Oh dear.

The management will string it out as long as possible. New ventures etc all funded by placings. So far away from monetisation this placing will be followed by others and the lower share price means more shares are placed, the more shares placed the lower it will go. There comes a point when Pi will say they no longer want to support a company with a history of failure.
