Hey?
The company has diluted you all by approximately 1/3. For this there are about 300,000,000 new shares for which will get you 10% of a stake in a building that the director seems to own?
So you all have now a smaller stake in the company but for that you get 10% of a property? A property that is producing for the company in value terms or its share, of approximately £18,000 per year? It should not have got out of making fish tanks. Good grief.
Soon the company will be issuing more shares to develop the place. The only people who make money here is the directors, who will now get more of the diluted shares in the company? Why the hell was the share price going up over the last few days?
There is no viable business here, and there never has been. Any gains on this property will be eaten up in wages. This is a lifestyle business and the directors are on a gravy train. AVOID
