Passing of resolutions; 18 Jul 2025 13:07
"Accordingly, the Company will issue 5,000,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the share capital of the Company ("New Shares") pursuant to the Placing and Subscriptions. The Company will apply for admission of the New Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange upon publication of a secondary prospectus approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (as the competent authority)".
Did anyone notice this was all subject to a secondary prospectus that was approved by the FCA?
Did you all see this change and realise that a prospectus is not coming and it has not obtained such authority to issue the 5 Billion shares?
It is therefor delisting and will relist on Aquis where rules are different?
Here is the rub. The 5 billion share can no longer and will not be issued at 0.20 but closer to 0.1 or less or perhaps 5 billion will be 10 billion or more?
SELL NOW.
