Consolidation on the way8 Aug 2025 12:23
If shareholders are foolish enough to give the company (and they will probably be asking for more soon after) more authority to issues shares, as the company is not allowed to issue below nominal value of 0.01 a consolidation and share reorganisation will take plave at the same time.
Not sure my maths is so great. 9 billion more shares making 25 billion total. New shares issued at 0.001. Consolidated 1,000/1 to make 250,000,000 new shares of 1 pence?
Now how much money will make? Is that £900,000? Perhaps the company can only raise £450,000 and need to issue 20 billion with 2,000,000,000 shares issued to cover fees?
Now who would vote for this?
