Looks like the employees are being give 10% of the company. Close to 1 billion shares? And the next fundraise has to come will a consolidation. They must be planning this as we speak. But they need shareholders to approve more share placing shares? Another 10-20 billion?

The company is finished if it’s a no vote. Looks like only employees gain here and the shareholder is shafted over and over again.

Why continue the same old contracts that were never profitable?

With income far off as ever and more of the same unprofitable contracts the only route the company has left is to continue the tried and trusted method of placings.

I think the next placing could be the last before administration. PI will probably vote no to more authority to issue more shares. The company will then no doubt change hands and a different owner will take over leaving nothing to remain for shareholders.

This company’s core method of trading is flawed. More placings to come. AVOID. Kept afloat by share issues and not trade. Same deals same outcome.

Admin at some point and shareholders facing wipe out. Credit to the company foe finally revealing costs of contract where in the past they never did. This amount does NOT cover salaries on the guys that work on the contract. It’s always the same. Nothing changes.

The placing was conditional on being admitted to the market. That they are delisting the deal must be cancelled. No one is going to pay a premium, they want a heavily discounted placing.

When the FCA realises shares that were no admitted to the market was sold, its an immediate share suspension. New placing on Asquis at 0.5p and probably 10 billion and not 5 billion. Then as the shares will below nominal value its going to be a share reorganisation and shareholders are shafted twice over, and with a suspension its instant lock in and buggered again. There is no business here except for the management and those who pre-sold over the last months or so.

To the market. Must be conditional on the shares being admitted. No one is going to take these shares now at a substantial discount to the placing price.

Looks like the company will have to fund new funders, who will he willing to enters Aquis. Certainly will be more shares at a lower price.

Sushi may not know much and get things wrong. Not the top and not the bottom. But it looks like there has been a balls up. The company only just found out that they have no approval to allow these shares from the placement to be traded now they need a new market where they can be traded. Now will funders pull out and want new shares after a share as the shares could fall below nominal value. Suspension soon?

Come on has anyone been buying or selling share not yet admitted (with FCA approval) to the market. Essentially buying and selling shares that do not exist? INVISIBLE SHARES.

In theory this would cause a bear squeeze. Never happens as the FCA will move in and allow illegal trader to close out. Just a slapped wrist.

On the positive side them traders will then get new discounted shares at 0.01 or with a share reorganisation 0.05.

It appears that share were issued but did not enter the market as no permission was given.

Some trades look like they are invisible shares not yet allowed to be traded. Normally this would cause a bare squeeze as those who pre-sold have to buy back more share than exists. However this is where the authorities step in. Slap on the writs of those that presold and then more shares are allowed to allow those traders to close. Of course its corruption of some kind. But its all wave through and those who traded illegally are helped to close. Seen it before. Suspension is possible very possible. Let the FCA work out if shares trade have now been agreed and are in the market with their approval or not. Then suspension. Funders then back out and a new placing at 0.1. Or lower is there is a share reorganisation. Someone messed up for sure….

The shares have not been admitted. Therefore the funders can pull out. A new funding will take place in Aquis at 0.05 - 0.1 but as that price the shares are lower than the nominal value shares cannot be issued.

This is looking bad. Now have they been pre selling shares not issued or not admitted to the market? Then this is a false market and the shares must be suspended.
