On a deal such as a tag along with a big pharma paying for human trials, I would expect a quick rise to 7 pence. Or a quick jump to 12 pence. If early trials are successful the sky is the limit and these shares could offer 1,000% rises. Of course these rises are all based on positive results and that P140 works. This is a primary bet. On positive deal the shares are transformational and will offer huge returns, its a simple as that. Many big Pharma are interested in Immune disease. Myself suffering from such a condition can see the potential. I weaned my self off prednisone, (really only the main medicine now offered for suffers) before my the adrenal glands shut down.

No placings no cash, the company is not a going concern. Announcement any day now. Insolvency.

There could NOW appear a competing offer.

Sidara has finished its due diligence and it looks like with this new expected lower price they they will make the offer official.

Now there are two outcomes. Shareholders may reject the offer or there could not be a second bidder. Good luck all.

This looks to be the end. I do not see this deal ever happening.

It is now about what else is there? If this was over-looked how much more is over-looked and for how long. Investors do not like the unknown. This could get worse and the FCA or the Stock Exchange could get involved. Could be investigations and board resignations. Things could have been covered for years. They could be large fines now too.

How many earlier years meed to be re-stated. Its not good.

Some rejiggling of the shares issued needs to take place. They are not allowed to issues more shares below par. It is now 50% below nominal value hence a share reorganisation and perhaps a consolidation? Or just a meeting in the court for a quick change in the nominal value?

So then a placing too? Only way the company survives is selling shares. So more shares will have to be issued. Then consolidated? Little value here for the investor. Constant dilutions in store.

Expect more share price collapse.

Certainly not on any payout. Investigations are now the order of the day. Deloitte to undertake an independent and comprehensive review.

The company needs to close the pension gap and it seems that the gap is far far bigger than any income it earns.

No way back for the company. Any sale of assets will still leave the company short and with pension liabilities.
