Oil income is jut not enough to cover costs and pay back bond-holders. Delisting must be close then, then administration then cancelation of the shares.

The Company is pleased to report that sales for the first half of the financial year ending 30 June 2024 ("FY24") are expected to be 35% ahead of the prior year comparative period.

If this last drill in January is another duster, there is no way back for the company. They will never find another funder and it is the end of the road. This is the last play. Fail on that one its curtains.

Many saw it coming. At least they got money now. I thought no one would fund them obviously they got a funder and a funder who wanted a huge discount. Well he got it. 70% discount. My God this should be illegal.

I think they do not have offers to fund the next round of dilution even at 0.40 pence. No point in raising for less than that as it would need to print so many shares for a small amount of money wiping out Pi who have already been wiped out. This could be the end of HE1. No funding no cash not drill. It all ends. Like COPL

They will never get a fundraise away. Suspension coming. Then admin. Sorry guys. They just never produced the oil necessary to make this a going concern. To many bonds were issues. God knows how the money was spent so quickly and so little oil found. Personal investors been led up the garden path. The bond holders saw this coming. No wonder the share price has fallen so much. Guaranteed this will be delisted and shareholders lose the lot. Sorry guys.

If it cannot secure funding there is no other choice. Suspend the shares, then call in administrators. Its obvious to all they cannot find funders. No one willing to pay 0.5 pence. Are there not takers at 0.4 pence? There comes a time in shares like this when the share price falls so much they cannot raise enough without total annihilation and massive dilution. This time is now. Will it raise at massive discount or abandon any fundraise? Its close to the end it looks like.

Shorter's have lost big today. The problem they have now though is they still have to close. So much of their profits are lost today. They got it wrong but still have to close. They are in trouble and will push the price to 60 pence.

Trouble about this comment is there is actually nothing to take-over. The company has nothing. Struggling to get finance, as deemed to risky by any funder. The lower the price goes the more shares it has to issue and the issue price falls and they raise less. The trouble is it seems it cannot get a backer for funding. Looks like no more drill as it has no cash. Last possible roll of the dice is a death spiral issue. Damn.

Seems it cannot even get away a fundraise at 0.5 pence. Oh dear.
