Any new contract wins do not cover salaries. This is the nature of the business. They just get contracts which from larger pharma who know the value of contracts is determined by salaries. This is not a business but a charity.

This company makes money only from selling shares. Next dilution cant be far away as it needs to pay for salaries of directors which is never covered by contracts. History of losses will not change. Invest in here is you are charity minded. You will never see a decent return and more likely than not you will lose much of what you put in.

Debt was converted into shares of a company that could shortly be suspended. Was debt which was unsecured converted into a liquid asset (Shares) in order to have a doorway to exist a sinking ship. Can they sell those shares even?

Probably the bonds that were converted to shares. Now they can sell those shares before the company goes into administration, or be used to make a stake in purchase of assets the company is delisted.

Zero value remains for personal investors. That 19% stake comes with huge liabilities.

The last of the cash will shortly be used up in paying high wages. God knows why they pay themselves so much. Soon the gravy train will end when they attempt a fundraise and no one is willing to back it. Hence no purpose for listing and suspension is announced. Administration beckons.

The director is buying. As in the title.

Stephen Moon a previous CEO sold a 3.5% holding. The MM lowered the price and has been doing for some time. When it buys a larger order it lowers the price. Then after exercised the MM will raise the price. That is what it does. When a MM has picked up shares it does so on the low then raises off load. As we see today. After a sell the price rises. Poor Moon has no wages coming in so he needs cash. Nothing to do with the company prospects. Its to do with his personal situation.

Dan Wright the executive Chairman bought 1,000,000 shares yesterday and Stephen Moon sold 3.5% of his holding. 6,017,861 shares and this can be seen in the trade yesterday reported at about 4.00pm. Its a damn shame he had to sell such a sake on the low. Probably desperate to have cash as he has no wages and is in retirement. Good he is gone. Shares should go higher now.

It is also good to see that the old Boss Stephen Moon has sold 2% or therefor abouts of his holding and the share-price held up. Its good that man is gone and he is being forced to sell his shares on the present low price. The man did not do well. He is not being rewarded.

The next fundraise will be for about 5 Billion shares to raise anything between another £250,000 - £500,000 and when that is gone will will be down the administrators to sell what little assets remain. There comes a point when a company can no longer issues paper as no one wants them. It is at this point the purpose of the listing loses value itself. Sometimes a management knowing more than shareholders take the company private. MSMN is destined to delist sometime in the next few months when cash has run out. There is nothing here for the Pi. Delisting or Administration is the only outcome. Warning to those that have lost a lot, do not average down and throw good money after bad.

People cannot sell or trade in shares with inside information. However we do know that shares are often shorted and those shares shorted and then somehow bought or covered by purchase of new shares in dilution. Its illegal to trade on inside information right? Yet it does look like too many shares are being traded and more than what is issued. Its been done before and the authorities that make up the rules know that and pretend not to notice. Were there then forward sold shares?

It seems there are too many convertible bonds that want out as they see that the senior lender is the ultimate owner and is working to get out of its investment at any cost leaving them empty handed, hence the massive fall. Ultimately the shares are now worthless. The senior lender will shortly call in the administrators to protect its interests and investment with most assets sold, leaving little if any remaining. Shareholder at the bottom will get nothing. Just how much is this asset worth, not much looks like. Certainly people were led down the garden path and it never had the reserves it thought. You got all these big stakeholders wanting out and scrambling to recover what little value is left before it is all gone and sold leaving them high and dry. Most holding unsecured bonds, leaving them little option to convert then sell their shares. The bonds almost worthless.

To take all proceeds from Asset sales. No wonder bond holders convert. They need to sell converted shares to get money out before its all gone. No asset sale and the management has to protect first and foremost, senior lender. In 3 weeks the senior lender is released from all conditions to push management to protect its holding. They do this by telling shareholders all value is now gone from the shares and they are worthless. Then it calls in the administrators and suspend the shares.

Poor assets will not yield much. No asset sales then the debt holder calls in the administrators and suspends the shares leaving zero value for remaining shareholders who incidentally are already wiped out. The management must quickly inform the shareholder of little remaining value to the shareholders as assets do not cover debts.
