Maxwell lost this case on day one when its claim for invalidity and a summary judgement was rejected by the Judge, Jennifer Hall.

From next Monday it will be Tesla that we deal and not Maxwell as it looks extremely likely that it is Tesla that want these patents and not Maxwell. What for we do not know, but we will soon.
