bdev,bkg,bwy and vestry have set new all time highs except rdw,countryside,mcCarthy crst.persimmon made an alltime high recently but retreated but is catching up again,also the price rally seems to be caused by a lot of broker upgrades and price target increases last week more than the resultsThere was a double upgrade for tw. on Monday before the resultsupgrade for bdev on Tuesday and also a price target increase for psn to 3096,bwy upgrade on Monday.
what do all think?

It just needs one slightly negative part of the results for the sp to go down,also considering how much housebuilders have gone up since October,brexit news and all that for investors to look for an excuse to sell off.what do you all think?(anything is possible)

was wondering what everyone thinks about the effect of the trading statement on wed 15th January on psn share price,i think it could have more than one effect either up or down even if its positive or negative but going by the Berkeley gr results lately when they reported -30% profit psn results may be same,but sp reaction not guaranteed which way or jaust a volatile intraday action.
