Since the deal that is going to be announced is a provisional one don't you think the upward effect will not all be done in one go tomorrow but rather steadily keep going up over the next few days weeks & months, so maybe gap up tomorrow but sell off during or into the close?

Where did you hear the rumour?I saw this "CMC analyst Chris madden said was an air of optimism during the afternoon, with traders upbeat on UK-EU trade talks, vaccines, US stimulus negotiations and politics assisting a "bullish" mood.
Builders were slightly in the red for most of the day whey in the last hour they shot up huge,all this after Boris repeating that a Australia style deal is still the most probable outcome,is he just putting pressure on the EU negotiaters!
