VH ... the drop wasn't from IPO it was from Softbank deal ... they got majorly burned. For almost a year it was rosy after IPO and after that the only things that were rosy were LTHers butts from the whooping they took.

Yes ... I never suggested Crafty was making it up as I also remember the same statement but the news report is the latest "statement" and it states he was dismissive of the idea.

I really don't understand what MM's plan is and why he pushed the button, and spent £15m doing something, when he recently dismisses the idea.

Crafty, I think you need to read the news piece with the dogs reference in. It states that MM dismisses the idea of doing exactly that. I really do think THG spent £15m on trying to keep some happy, rather than a plan to follow through, as MM is a law unto himself.

He doesn't want to sell or break up his baby. He wants to leave the LSE but he has done for 2 years now and here we are. I really do think he wants to fight inside the system he hates, to prove he was right all along ,but the system values the company based on MM himself rather than it's true value.

It's a real mess at the moment and even though MM has his 65%, which has allowed him to bat bids aside and then slam them on LinkedIn, the larger shareholders and have not paid into a registered charity and never want to see the money back. The longer this goes on the longer they will want to see value shown in the share price as they are all well down and you can only bend a twig so far before it snaps.

It's a class of dogs learning about the stock market ... you do have a sense of humour Investing101/CitySpy :)

Yorek, it doesn't really have the numbers to cause disruption, if they did bids would be handled very differently, but it certainly sends a message IMHO

I am unsure what people don't get that they are just here for one reason ...to spread BS and uncertainty.

They are not here to discuss or debate, and you will never convince them otherwise, so why continue giving them air ?
