There has been a huge dilution of 250% so there will be a churn of shares slightly under 1.5p placing price but I think 0.5p is rubbish and so is 2p tomorrow or 5p anytime soon due to the size of dilution.

10p is the same as 25p before the placing ... you can't use the same values as before after such a massive placing .. it diluted the shares in circulation by 250% !!!

See the £ in front of the £2m that you removed ? That's value not number of shares ...

A vote for every share. That's why if a lot of the 35% vote against resolutions, as it did before, it is more of a protest vote than a vote that will achieve much but it does send a message IMHO

Crafty, it's not how he treats the 65% I have a problem with it is the 35% that he treats like dirt. If he was clearer with strategy and information then more of the 35% would be encouraged to hold rather than trade. I have been buying and holding for 2 years now but I would have made more trading it. I say more .. I am still underwater so I would have made profit rather than loss.

He could have gone for premium listing, and immediately added value with funds having to buy in ,but he can't handle the scrutiny he is currently under so can't handle anymore instead saying he is "waiting for the outcome of the report" - more delay tactics BS
