If only he had done it the two times ... Nothing has changed from last year ... Zulu shows promise but we are hoping on RHA to give us profit. IF something changes THEN we will see a rise but it is currently groundhog day here and only profit at RHA is going to change the SP IMHO

No games at all. The SP of PREM always rises but the buy price doesn't so gets put down as a sell. Happens a LOT with PREM

Just where it falls within the Bid\Ask range it automatically gets given a buy or sell tag. The one purchase must have been a low price within that range. It happens a LOT in AIM and is not something to be concerned about or think something devious is going on in the background

Other than the AGM just happens to be on the 60th day of a 60 day due diligence for the Zulu JV as per announced on the PREM RNS of the 27th June. Maybe do a bit of research before showing you don't know a fat lot about PREM ? ;)

Moneytolose .... monies from Candence to PREM will be for specific drilling and no part of it will be used for day to day running of the company or RHA. That is why we need RHA sorted soon so that there can then be a less riskier path through to Zulu DFS and onwards

Phillip, you are clearly talking about Xulu's supposed group. The current group only started a month or so ago, and it isn't a 'closed' group that Xulu was supposedly part of, it is a shareholder group. Seems you need to get your facts right so I give you a helping hand ;) It's a shame when people actually do something rather than just whinging on here yet others are happy to continue wailing at the wall.

As GR has tied the accounts in with the acceptance of the 90% ownership of RHA does that mean it will stay suspended until that news is released and the correct % then attributed to RHA? It's a good time of year to have the share suspended but is there a length of time it can stay suspended for this kind of reason?

My only issue with the Zulu JV deal is the talk of lots of interested parties but the only one to deal with is connected by DL who already has an interest in PREM. If Zulu was as good as it has been suggested then why not have multiple companies to deal with?
