Has George shot himself in the foot for no reason ? All through the podcast he goes to great lengths to say he is unable to speed up the RHA sign off process or sign it himself then right at the end of the process he states "RHA Sign Off Imminent" The exact same word he made such a big fuss over in the December Proactive Interview with Zulu News being 'imminent' meaning in the next few days (just before the Zulu news made zero impact on the SP - back when we were 0.4p) Talk about making a rod for your own back when investors are already annoyed over broken promises such as "no placing" etc.

JV Options for RHA - Continuous talk of deals, over a year now, with zero information. Zulu drilling - Talk of a deal for drilling for shares - no share room left and no talks at the moment. Circum - After GR got obnoxious on his podcast, the one where he said no placing - lie, 90%+ RHA - He admits now he doesn't know which department he should be talking to, and �300m IPO - after this Circum give no further information to GR We have such great assets and all we need is a deal maker with a stable head at the helm and we seem to have captain pugwash instead. Such a shame that most shareholders don't care enough, and are all mouth and no trousers, to be able to form together and have a voice to make actual changes. I used to support GR but now all I can see is someone who is lying through his teeth with his head in the sand ignoring investors hoping that Circum can save his bumbling ass.

I agree with DD that he should convert the lot but Hobie is asking a little too much LOL He would have to convert quite a % above the current SP, as DD states, to show he has confidence in PREM.

Chippy... I know what some think here but an email I got pointed to the JV taking a % of PREM as part of the JV. If I am right then there will be a resolution to raise the share cap and I bet the JV used as a sweetener to appease shareholder anger.

Normi... Unless part of the JV they get a % PREM so in turn get a % of Zulu. Also as already said if a company pays a lump sum for a % of an asset that doesn't mean the money HAS to be spent on that asset.

CF73... Couldn't care less about AGM? I think the RHA JV and AGM are linked. I guess we will find out soon enough

Last years AGM was 17th March .... no sign of one so far this year ... being held back for a reason ? Special resolution as part of JV ? Or something else ?
