I have had a look at the news and I think it is just crossed wires at Zim's end. The $64m quoted is the estimated cost to enable production to start at Zulu. It is taken direct from the scoping study. There is NO way anyone would invest $64m in Zulu without the DFS result. GR has said he would like money for drilling to DFS with a few extra million on top. THAT is the max that will be invested at this stage and NOT $64m.

Why do people just think ... share cap is �10m so they can get company for �15m .... it's a load of rubbish. A share is sold at a point where 70% of share cap are happy with the price. Simple as that !!

At the time I was not thinking 'mutiny' but more of a voice with some clout rather than venting in chat rooms but as time goes on joining together to be more forceful looks on the cards. I think this is GR's last chance saloon and he seems to know what to say to keep quite a few hanging on. His comments about term sheets on Zulu was certainly unexpected if well overdue but I was expecting news well before now going by his last podcast. IF he can get a decent JV deal that sees cash and payment through to DFS, without losing too much of Zulu (I think 10 - 20% is being highly unrealistic) then I will be happy to hold but still all we seem to get is talk and no action.

Then if that happens and it is half decent, and the Circum IPO happens this year, it will be a different picture. I am amazed that GR used the word "IMMINENT" in his podcast weeks ago after his rude reply to what imminent means in a Proactive Interview in December. What is worse he was referring to the RHA 90% deal which he mentioned on a few minutes beforehand that he had NO control over and had no idea when he will get an answer. GR ... do you ever learn ????

You really are dreaming. I tried to sort out a group of shareholders to get together to speak to PREM in one voice. Hardly anyone interested ... GR can carry on doing what he likes as most shareholders like to whine on here but have no backbone to stand up and be counted so they can have a real voice !!!

Are you drunk ? Mines are put into C + M to reduce cash burn not increase it. And what on earth are you talking about saying to leave it running at breakeven or a small profit ??? There was NO profit and we have NO idea how far away from breakeven we were. There would have been NO cash to use on anything from RHA and it would have been burning a LOT more money than it is in C + M !!! Perhaps you should just stick to the fact rather than your clearly embellished view of PREM ??

TheGuvnor ... you are taking WAY too much into what posts gets deleted and why - on here if people take a dislike to a post they can report it and generally it gets removed. To think that GR has any sway with LSE to which posts gets removed is laughable IMHO Also if you are unhappy with GR how about sending an e-mail stating why you are unhappy ? Certainly beats wailing to the wall about it in here IMHO

Only need to notify once the party has either stopped buying or selling ... that is why some RNS's have several % holdings on one RNS

Either way it isn't supposed to be paid for by shares as it was stated it would be in January. Cash for drilling or it being paid for by partner is the same thing to me as it just means no need to raise equity.

Re Zulu ... it is my understanding that there are not any more results due and there has been no drilling so far this year. In January GR said the drilling campaign to take Zulu to DFS would be paid by shares but now he has used all that up he seems to have changed tactics and all of a sudden everything can be paid with cash from JV's. IF that is the case then fine but he does seem to change his mind with the wind and has so far always taken the easier option of placings rather than being an actual businessman and concluding decent deals. He has now painted himself into a corner by saying that the Zulu JV is very close to completion - which it should be as they supposedly have been ongoing for well over a year now - and we will see how decent the deal is soon IMHO.

stewart1 - I agree .. I was just answering the complete and utter rubbish dribbled out by Moneytolose about not hearing about Zulu results since October. Fair enough he sold his shares but to make up BS to try to get others to do the same is pitiful IMHO I am just as irritated as you about how GR tries to come up with new words every time to make it sound like a deal is closer but he has put his head on the block saying that Zulu negotiations that have been going on will have an outcome soon. I still believe, no matter how he says he 'wants' things to go, that there will need to be a raise in the shares in circulation and for that he has to convene an AGM. To stand ANY chance of that he has to give weary drained long term holders a spoonful of sugar to agree to it. He can't leave the AGM too long as I believe they are low on funds so therefore he has to finalise the deal and put it to shareholders pretty soon. My only worry is if the 'amazing deal' is actually that or just what GR is trying to put forward as amazing as he is out of options. I feel that answer will be coming soon.

Moneytolose ... what are you talking about ? Promised Zulu results last October and it has gone quiet ??? The Scoping Study was released in November and further drill results release in December. If you have sold your shares then go away and don't hang around trying to spread BS trying to convince others the picture is worse than it actually is !!

You keep mentioning this offer of $2m for Zulu but I have seen all the podcasts and interviews and not seen or heard any deal like that so not sure where you got it from and why you keep mentioning it.

Looks like my buy at 0.173p helped rise it up then. I am looking for a bit of a larger rise though. If GR can get enough cash to get Zulu through to DFS, and a few mill for PREM, without giving away too much of Zulu I will be happy but I never expected us to get to Zulu DFS with 100% of Zulu anyway

But no one commented on it last time. Went to 0.19p buy price when mid was 0.18p but people were buying in at 0.175p max. This time has a buy price of 0.185p and a mid price of 0.175p but you can buy at 0.173p so this isn't really a rise either. Market is tired of GR's continual promises and won't move until he delivers .... something !!

IF (jury is still out) he can get a deal for Zulu that covers payment till DFS plus extra funds for a reasonable % of Zulu then I will be more than happy to hold. Interesting that he mentions several interesting deals .. just want to see one come to fruition though

I agree and I think he knows that. I thought it would be RHA JV deal but it looks like Zulu deal is close listening to podcast. He can push back AGM waiting for deal to finalise.
