How is RHA news going to be good news?

CF, so the market who currently give a value to PREM's assets is suddenly going to give a much higher valuation when in a spin off company? You are unable to see any risk with PREM and that makes you blinkered IMHO

PREM needs Circum IPO as without it we are done.

People seem to like 'facts' here but seem to not look at them when they are in their faces

No one is interested in Zulu .... fact ... GR has always mentioned 'several' interested parties but in nearly 2 years the ONLY one interested was the same size we are and couldn't raise the funds.

RHA is a white elephant ... fact ... GR has used RHA as a smokescreen to keep people interested and IF that isn't the case where is the report that he said he had the money to pay for way back in August ?

Newco is going to save us ... how ? How are we going to raise £6m for 30% of PREM, not including Circum, when at the moment 100% of it is worth approx £2m ??? If the rose tinted could explain that I would be more than happy to listen.

The ONLY thing that will save PREM is if Circum IPO's in the next 1 - 2 months and that money is then used to get Zulu to DFS. Splitting PREM into Circum and making a new company, when no one values the assets, is never going to happen.

Happy to be proved wrong if someone can give constructive feedback and not rose tinted version where all of a sudden the market values PREM at 10 times current cost.

Shame we haven't done anything with it in well over a YEAR !! Shocking really .... STILL waiting for Circum

Napom said in October that production was starting at Circum in Jan 2019 so IPO would HAVE to be Nov/Dec 2018 ... that was a total fabrication on his part which he now denies ever saying. I used to think he was a decent guy but appearances proved to be deceptive.

RHA has always been a white elephant and if it wasn't where is the report GR said he "now had the money to buy" back in August ? RHA is nothing but a smoke screen to keep people docile hoping that Circum will happen 'soon' and this has been the case for well over a year now.

Nothing goes up or down in a straight line ... when it drops for days a lot go quiet ... then there is a small rise and the "something positive on it's way" and "RNS with Nomad" etc. starts up again !!

Wondergoals .... how long have you been a holder ? I still remember very well the awful petulant e-mail dropped on the first trading day of this year which killed the SP. Long term holders have every right to be annoyed IMHO

At the end of last year we were told RHA is going to plan, the minimum value of the company should be around $125m and Zulu had some 'Spectacular" drilling results and Circum IPO was just around the corner. Fast forward a year and RHA still isn't producing, the 'value' of the company is apparently $7m and NOTHING has happened on Zulu and Circum IPO is still 'just around the corner'. ANY holder has a right to be pissed off and even GR called it a 'trying' year.

You seem to have forgotten that these shares are tied to a £300k loan and can NOT be sold for cash for PREM.

How is it company changing ? As already said we actually already had 100% of RHA until the 'profit' reached the $20m loan level. The mine ownership is just a smokescreen and an excuse for the lack of activity.

The ONLY thing that will be company changing is a JV .. of ANY kind..

They owe PREM $20m ... I have NO idea where you get the idea that the government are going to finance the plant. The talk of fiance will be through a JV which sounds like it may already be in place but just awaiting the sign off

Not even close to the £12m PROFIT a year some have ramped on here but could still be a nice little earner while we move towards Zulu DFS and be able to see the full effect of the Circum holding.
