Also if you are new to this ignore a lot of the ramping as a lot ramp of a share rising to multiples of its current value and then they sell when the get 10% profit and move on

Normally it would rise to just slightly under the offer price and you decide to sell then or hold for the fraction extra but you run the risk of the deal not completing.

Retrace? To retrace is to recover lost gain. The share price hasn't dropped. I wish people would know what they are talking about without throwing out terms to try to look like they are knowledgeable on the subject.

I think the RNS showed that any resolution is weeks/months away and not days as some were suggesting.

With that the traders bailed to move on to other shares in the meantime causing the drop.
