Tiggerboy ... 1p for WDC is completely different to 1p ICON esp. if current shareholders will be diluted by 3 (As per resolutions).

They have been so poor engaging with the market, and missing their own deadlines, it is currently priced to go bust at 33% of the value when ICON launched and 25% of the value when they announced the £1m deal in May.

Good to hear on the first part as they have REALLY let investors down big time but if there are reasons for them why not publish them in the 'monthly' Q&A as the last one was 3 months ago ?

AM554, I thought they could issue shares at any price, as per finance agreement, as if the price is below 0.25p they would get extra shares to cover the difference (which at the moment is a huge amount).

My concern is that they also allot themselves shares to the BOD at this level therefore benefitting from the huge drop since ICON began trading.

AM554, you say you felt confident and I just wanted to ask how you felt they handled the finance situation as the SP is currently at 25% of the nominal 0.25p price? Seems like a mess of their own making to me

John is right. DS would have been kicked off the BOD. Today's RNS is a cover up of that fact by removing Resolution 4 (which I voted against) and DS goes no where. This BOD are making it so obvious that PI's mean NOTHING to them.

Resolution 4 would have kicked DS out fully so he partly stood down blaming AAOG when he lied about CPR back in March. DS is a toxic liar and the ICON BOD have protected him.

Trash the price then flood the market with shares when they convert their huge salaries into shares at this close to bust level ... corrupt as hell IMHO

They have no new news to give as they have done nothing that they promised yet I am sure blinded PI's will still back them. Tomorrow will tell the tale ...
