If you have 151m shares and you add 27.5m then you are diluting the original 151m by 18.3%

Safy talking about a placing at 55 - 65p was clearly emotionally attached to a share to believe in what he was typing.

I did not know placing was coming but did not think it would be at a premium to what the SP was currently at ... you would have to be very naive to believe it would

The only thing that needs to be dropped is a large rock on your head IMHO

Shares in AIM will nearly always drop when there is no news so that is where the 'sell on news' comes out strongest

I have found that is is better to be in and out of AIM shares in the short term as holding for the long term, even decent companies, doesn't mean much, if all, profit

Has assets higher than market cap (but so do most companies) and still making a loss.

So many other better priced companies to be invested in rather than this IMHO

You only have to look at the price reaction on Sky News day and the immediate reaction when last RNS came out (only dropped when it wasn't design freeze news) to see what will happen when it actually does land.

As a doghead you can't afford to buy shares so your attempt at a deramp is as weak as your buying power IMHO
