As PFP's broker Novum behaved in a fraudulent way dropping the pricing place from 1p to 0.65p and then backed that up by lying in the RNS (Tom Winnifrith podcast) then people should be able to take Novum to court for any losses incurred in the way they dropped the price when they didn't have to

If a company plans to say something at a presentation that may be price sensitive they have to RNS it first so every interview and presentation is a chance of an RNS beforehand.
