So if we say the offer (new market cap) is £200m we just divide that by the number of shares in issue 51.96m (last RNS) to get approx £3.86 per share.

Dave, just under 52m share so £200m is £3.86 ps

IF there is an offer it will be at the end of validation process and there will already be approvals and initial sales before then and we should already be at the high £1 low £2 level anyway IMHO

Lp, in approximately 5 weeks the validation process with be completed with a major US pharm. Everything else now is the cherry on the top and I am a lot more relaxed about awaiting news than I was before that RNS

Fatboy, due anytime really but now with around 5 weeks left of validation left the approvals may be the form of a great base for the launch for the end of the process in middle of September :)

Swerves, not to be accused of ramping but that could be a possible outcome of the validation process. Don't you think? And if there are approvals and sales in other countries between now and then the base price to start from will be much higher

Looking at the graph we are still only at the top of the downtrend and need more to show a breakout let alone anything else.

I am hoping US buyers, who will understand significance of todays news a little more, will push it to a better price and show breakout is on.
