He actually said in early June deal was days away (some emotionally attached say term sheets but he did say deal) and he also said for 'multiples' of current SP (and that was at 4p at the time). But as he lied on the timescale he also probably lied about the price as well.

Dave, if the only problem is being able to supply the demand then I will be very happy.

Beckman won't bid until after validation period is complete and before then will be approvals and sales so I really do not understand your fears Lp.

To me it is the perfect storm so buy/hold and sit back with your feet up for a fun 6 weeks IMHO
