aspers, just to add balance you seem to be forgetting the placing in July which did the following

"The New Ordinary Shares being issued represent, in aggregate, circa 139.85 per cent. of Bidstack's issued ordinary share capital immediately prior to the Fundraise."

So 14p in Dec 2020 would be about 6p now with the extra shares in issue.

I have had it confirmed that there will be a commercial update with BC deal in RNS tomorrow.

If you think it will indicate low numbers then sell or avoid.

No one has said the figures will be good tomorrow as it's all about future info that's important.

It's a shame to see people who believe in other Covid stocks coming here to attack GDR but that's what filter is for as they are never going to change.

As others have said it's where I'm the path from now onwards the bid could materialise. I would be hoping that we are further along with POC, and other items than the beads to BC, as the offer would need to be materially higher.

BC already have target volume for the beads so you would think they wouldn't want to leave it too long for GDR to be taking a chunk of profits in the middle of the chain.

It is not ramping to say GDR is a takeover target.

GDR is the middle man between two Danaher companies and it seems to have been guided that way by a CEO who used to work for BC.

None of this is wild theories and only takes a litlle bit of research to see GDR has been gift wrapped for Danaher.
