I agree 100%. MM has stated he would take it private, and bought shares much higher than current for friends, I really feel he will take it private as he must hate the grief he gets.

Amazes me how few know the actual rules on % notification. You do NOT have to notify ever % you go through as a lot seem to think. You just notify when you have finished the round of selling/buying and that is why several % barriers can be notified in one RNS.

Bankruptcy ....selling out in profit of getting same money or extra back is a free ride, as you say, but the shares you left in don't have reduced value as you would have to pay tax on everything when you sell those so two different things IMHO
