maestro1, I take it you are one of the deluded who think ii's operate like PI's and know what is coming.

On the Friday 17th July 2020 Arcadia sold 7 MILLION shares in SNG for approx 37p a share. On Monday 20th July the SP rose to 240p a share on news of positive trial news.

No one is asking you to buy but if fear of what ii's are doing is stopping you from making an investment I suggest you need to re-evaluate your beliefs on funds IMHO

Just part of research I have carried out on GDR and not looking at last years report, and how the SP reacted last year, and then acting or reacting to it. It's one of the risks with GDR that they won't get volume from this deal ... I think showing the capacity as above GDR's current capacity and mentioning GLOBAL demand suitably covers that risk for me. To each their own ;)

BigAl67, if people are going to play dumb and talk about an unstoppable slide and being over valued I find it best to just put them on filter.

They clearly have NO idea of the situation and are just doing it to try to spread fear.

BC have pushed the global angle on their site and also covered any capacity concerns so they, after doing almost 6 months of validation and testing with GDR beads on their machines, think demand will be there and that is good enough for me.

Now if people want to say GDR has already peaked and is worth a lot less, or say £5+ is "mindless ramping" and "deluded daydreaming" then they simply can't work out what 10k an hour is worth to GDR let alone more !!

CAR3Y, I agree. They have constantly been the seller for weeks, and not the last few days, and will remain that way until the seller is finally clear.

I agree that it is just a seller holding it back and not PEEL selling shares it knows it can buy back later for cheaper.

FB ... really ? A placing to raise funds which is pretty much always lower than the SP to encourage more people to buy in.

It is worse in the case of GDR as they carried out a placing at 80p when the share was touching £3 so a lot of people are still bitter about that. So to mention forward selling (where a broker sells shares to investors knowing that they can buy back cheaper when the placing occurs) is especially bad on this share.

I have seen it far too many times on these boards when someone "heard a whisper from the city boys" or something else as obvious along those lines when it is supposed to add weight to what they are saying.

If someone is heavily invested but they thought a placing was coming then to stay heavily invested is a bit mad when they have a chance to buy in cheaper soon.

GDR still have some cash in the bank, and they also don't need funds to increase production as Cytiva are producing the beads for them and they have already invested to increase production.

I just feel at the current time when there is some confusion over how the SP is reacting to suggest what he did was very suspect indeed.

Tricky, it has already happened. The training has been done and official launch is done and it has been RNS so that makes it fact. So your long winded look at me post is just a complete waste of time.

This is scaling up to deal with a pandemic ... total waste of time to spend months training when BC need to be increasing demand NOW. You are comparing apples with doughnuts so your 'experience' counts for nothing on this occasion.
