SAR is up >350%. Only a fool would buy here. You can maket 10% or even 20% but you will lose it all. Its too risky at 47p! Anyone who bought at 10p they would have sold out. Maybe holding final 10%.

With SAR, the easy money has already been made. The people who took part in placing have made good money. And all the good news is priced in. I would be very surprised if it breaks 55p before dropping to 5p or less. I can see some chance of it resting 80p but thats less then 10%. Just my opinion based on the SAR chart!

I have been right about SAR in the past. When it was over £1.50, I told CB few times on this board that it would drop below 45p, and it went down to 10p.

Anyone who bought at 10p would be a fool to hold their full position at 45p. At most, they would be holding 10% now. The smart money is out, and now a few people are daydreaming and pumping this.

One of the main reasons the Telegram group wanted a shareholder on the board was to ensure TRx wasn't wasting our time. We needed to validate the Val 201 deal and, if TRx couldn't raise funds or were not making meaningful progress, to drop them and move on. We felt that shareholders were too focused on Val 201 and were not appreciating the progress on other drugs . Kings and Val 401 are doing really well, and the professor mentioned that Kings could be worth many times more than Val 201.

For me, this update is a validation that things are going well. I see no reason not to buy more and keep building my position. When the news comes it will be too late to buy.

Anyway, it feels really good to finally have someone on the board who speaks up for shareholders. I personally feel very relaxed, and I think regular RNS updates will rebuild confidence in this company. So, I'm happy to wait and let this play out.

IG had the best online platform. Now its rubbish! Why change something that works?

The reason long-term shareholders wanted a shareholder on the board was to gain transparency. We wanted to know if the Val 201 project was progressing or if Suzy was wasting time. We have all lost trust in the board as they have not kept their timeline or their word.

I have exchanged messages with Adrian before he joined the board. I personally think he is the right person for the role. I genuinely believe he has the best interests of Valirx at heart and wants the company to succeed.

This business update was sent after Adrian reviewed all the facts. If he wasn't satisfied with the progress of Val 201, he would have advised them to drop it and move on. By providing us with this update on Val 201, there is a very strong probability that a deal will happen very soon. The share price has dropped mainly due to Val 201 and the slow progress. I believe this update addresses these issues. I personally will be buying more in all of my accounts during this dip.
