No, 2-for-1 consolidation occured in October 2021, as part of a wider corporate restructuring.

The Accustem Sciences (ACUT) spin-off was distributed at a strict 1-for-1 ratio: every holder of Tiziana (“TILS”) ordinary shares as of 7:00 a.m. on 30 October 2020 was entitled to one ACUT share per TILS share.

Does anyone know why CFD holds werent given 1 ACUT share per 1 TILS share?

From what I understand, the distribution was supposed to be on a 1:1 basis — 1 Accustem share for every 1 TILS held at the record date. If you received only 1 ACUT for every 10 TLSA, it sounds like the CFD provider may have retained the rest.

Have you asked them how they calculated this or where it was stated that CFD holders were only entitled to a 10:1 ratio? Would be helpful to know if they gave a reason.

So then the last date you needed to hold Tiziana Life Sciences (TILS) shares to qualify for Accustem (ACUT) Shares was Thursday, 29 October 2020. Demerger Record Time (cut-off for eligibility) was 7:00 a.m. on 30th October 2020 (Friday). You had to have the shares in your account on the close of 29th to qualify for Accustem (ACUT) Shares.

Can someone please answer the following question:-

Does anyone remember the last date you needed to hold Tiziana Life Sciences (TILS) shares in your trading account to qualify for the free Accustem (ACUT) shares from the spin-off?

Yes, I'm very comfortable with my holding. I'm just watching things for the next round of news. With a new CEO and a few shareholders joining the board, I'm as happy and relaxed as ever. Take note and enjoy!

Take a look at the VAL chart—it has already filled all the previous gaps. So why wouldn’t it fill the gap at 7.5p?

All it takes is one hardworking, decent person on the board, and this company will turn around.
