GMET has its first move of the day Up 3.2% to 33p on volume of 158000 consolidating Friday’s 10% rise. Interesting to note that POW has had a good day today currently Up 8% on volume of over 1 million probably playing catch up with GMET’s rise.

POW now Up 10% at 16.50p almost equaling GMET’s rise on Friday. This relate is long overdue as POW remains very undervalued as set out in Tray’s very useful post.

Powering up to number 24 on the Leaderboard Up 6.67% at 16p on volume of 851000 or just over 1 million if you include 183000 volume on the AQSE.

Good to see the 5% rise so far today. On volume of 672000.It’s about time POW started to reflect the rise in its largest asset GMET which was up 10% on Friday and 24% in the last month, whereas POW is only up 12% in the last month. POW is still not recognising any value in its Uranium JV which has recently received a £10 million cash injection.

Not necessarily a slow return to the highs as GMET is currently Up 10.34% at 32p on volume of 240000 and it’s only 10.15.

Looks like a strong end to the week and we have yet to see much activity on the US OTC which should at some point be a game changer.

Up 5.84% in Australia and rising again here after yesterday’s strong performance. The share is making new all time highs on a regular basis as the project is fully validated by the pilot mine. Rio must be close to having the information they need (or already have it) to make a full bid before another major decides to have a go at securing this largest in the world Tier 1 deposit. In the meantime I am very happy to see the strong rise in the sp continue as this may well trigger the bid. We know Rio is very keen on this project and having gone to 19.9% they cannot buy any more without making a full bid.

Guidance is in my opinion the jewel in TEK’s portfolio with first mover advantage in what is going to be a massive new industry. The IPO has the potential “to blow the bloody doors off” TEK’s current value.

If Calibre were the purchaser they wouldn’t need the mill because they could truck the material to Calibre’s under utilised mill on their hub and spoke operations.

Since CNR’s close at a low of 18.7p last Thursday it has risen every day such that the rise on the week is 18.8%. At times today it has not been possible to get a live quote to buy and with buys exceeding sells more than 3/1 a lack of stock may be holding it back from an even stronger rise on higher volumes. It’s 2 months since we last closed at 22.75 but worth remembering we still have a way to go to get to the 35p we saw on May 7th. We appear to be approaching the end game and we are certainly in a better place than we were in May due to the rise in the gold space and the fact that Junior miners share prices are starting to pick up having been in the doldrums for the entire 2 years of the sale price. M&A in the gold space is also picking up.

Now Up 8.24% at 23p on volume of just 138000. No trades above 23p showing so it looks set to go higher.

Now 10000 and 5000 buys at 23p and it’s ticked up again to 22.5p . Just tried to buy 10000 on II and they couldn’t give a live quote.

Unusual trading since noon 8 buy trades all for 43 shares at 23p.

CNR now number 30 on the Leaderboard Up 4.7% at 22.25p from 9 trades and a volume of just 80000. This has the feel that it could start to rise quickly on increased volume as the rise has now been underway for 4 days. It rose 20% last night in Canada to the equivalent of 25p so let’s see if we can play catch up.

Hopefully it is a sign that someone is accumulating. 2 days ago the last trade of the day was a 250000 Buy. Good to see Genip making good progress and I am fine with funds being raised for the Guidant IPO as it has every prospect of being the biggest creation of value TEK has seen. Autonomous vehicles are going to get a big boost from Trump and Musk and Guidantare well positioned as a leading company in that space. An IPO after Trump takes office looks very much right time and right place. Slightly disappointed that there wasn’t an open offer for shareholders to take shares at the placing price but I added yesterday as the discount to current NAV makes this share ridiculously cheap.

CNR closed Up 20% tonight in Canada at 0.445 on volume of 37500 which converts to 25p. It’s not big volume but it’s interesting in view of the last few days here. Let’s see if London sets off after Canada tomorrow.

Good to see POW Up 10.48% at 14.5p on volume of 1.3 million.This is probably as a result of the significance of last weeks 2 RNS about the Uranium JV being explained in detail on the Sunday Roast podcast. It will also be helped by the GMET RNS which as taken GMET up 21% currently but it has been higher. It was worth noting on the podcast that the Uranium JV has the potential to be even bigger than GMET.

One would also think that Oliver is making so much noise about this ban on Tungsten exports to put immediate pressure on the US Government departments to award the grant or grants now and increase their size as time is now of the essence.

The original business case was that the US were going to ban the import of Tungsten from China in 2026. Now as Oliver has been predicting recently China are going to seize the initiative and turn the tables on the US. The awarding of grants has been far too slow and reeks of bureaucratic incompetence. The grants should have been issued a year ago to improve the chances of being ready to produce Tungsten by 2026. 2 years to be ready looks like turning into 2 weeks and it was entirely predictable that the Chinese would decide to do this. Let’s hope Elon Musk’s efficiency department is on their case.

We are all frustrated and disappointed that the sale process has been ongoing for 2 years. It is however necessary to put this in context of the fact that in the last 2 years we have seen gold move up and recently hit an all time high,but the gold miners hardly moved at all despite increasing profits. Some of the big ones have done well in recent months however the small caps are only just starting to move with the large companies starting to acquire the small ones. Listen to all the big names like Ross Beatty(a CNR shareholder in the past) and Rick Rule who all say they have never seen such a poor market for gold miners relative to the price of gold. So it has been a very poor market for Jim to conduct the sale. This is now changing quickly and he should now be able to strike a good deal based on the value of the gold in the ground which continues to be many multiples of the share price.

100000 Buy at 15.33p has just gone through the highest price paid so far today as the volume reaches 980000 with only 74000 sells.

The second very promising RNS on the very promising Uranium JV in 2 days but the market is not so far taking any interest. This is surprising as the JV partner, who are serious investors have have put £10 million into the JV so they clearly are very confident this will be successful. This JV is currently being given no value in POW’s share price even though it has the potential to do as well as or better than GMET.
