I rewatched the Crux Video mentioned by DDD earlier today and I agree it gives a good view of where we are. One of the early issues that comes up Nicaragua as a Jurisdiction that concerns potential purchasers. Mark does acknowledge this and says if Condors mine was in Nevada it would have been sold at a good price in 2 to 3 months. He then goes on to say that the Government of Nicaragua is very mining friendly as gold is the Country’s number 1 export and hence source of income. He mentions the 3 companies that are producing gold without government interference and can send their profits wherever they want to which in all 3 cases is Canada as they are all Canadian companies.

The company to focus on is CNR’s near neighbour Calibre mining. Two thirds of Calibres gold comes from Nicaragua and the money produced there has been used to buy their producing mine in Nevada and is helping to finance their new mine under construction in Canada. Nicaragua is the cash cow that is building Calibre, which now has a market cap of £1.13 billion.

As it is nearly 2 years since the sale process started at CNR let’s look at the share price performance over that period:

That suggests to me that the actual Jurisdictional risk of mining in Nicaragua is low and as the cost of building the mine could be recovered by 6 months of production the financial risks are also low. If Calibre were to buy CNR (and I have no idea other than price,why they haven’t done so already) they could make the money back even more quickly as they could start trucking material from CNR to their underutilised hub and spoke mill which is fairly close.

Now would seem to be the perfect time for Jim to close a deal with gold now selling for $1100 more than the $1600 used in the PFS. As we all know the increase in profit is exponentially higher to the gold price and CNR has put out new figures to demonstrate the higher value. Calibre is proof of what can be achieved and £1+ should be achievable now if that’s what they wanted 2 years ago.

It is difficult to understand why CNR’s share price refuses to recognise the increase of its gold in the ground caused by the gold price increasing to new highs on an almost daily basis. The gold companies are starting to move higher and this now includes the juniors. The GDXJ is up over 11% in less than a week and GPM is up over 8% today. Jim should be able to seal a very good deal in this climate but until he does investors will be putting their gold investment funds into gold stocks where they can actually see their gains on a daily basis instead of the slow decline at CNR particularly this month. All will be well as long as Jim pulls off the deal he should at multiples of the current sp.

GMET is working as fast as it can to incorporate the drilling results as they become available into a PFS. The PFS will give a validated value to the increased resource both in size and grade. They can then put a figure on the project which they are allowed to talk about. This increased value should then be reflected in the share price but would also enable them to get a larger miner to take a share and build the mine or just buy the whole project.

The fact that glasses can be used with gloves is for the safety glasses so the people using them can operate the AI functions on the glasses without removing the gloves they are required to wear at all times on site for safety reasons. It sounds like a strong selling feature that will be recommended by H&S departments.

Someone just mentioned the Three Pillars which made me think about what they told us 3 years ago. Actually go back to when the Renewables business started (pillar 2). We were told there would be early carsh flow from this which would be very useful prior to Anchois starting to produce. The third pillar was Green Hydrogen and Namibia had been written down to zero and wasn’t mentioned at all. We were then told by AP and CFO Julian on more than one occasion that each pillar had the potential to be a $1 billion business in their own right.

So we have up to $3 billion potential but 3 years later the market cap is just £32.1 million. We should therefore be looking forward to some very large valuations being put on particularly the Renewables pillar producing revenue in partnership with a world class company Total Energies. Its time for AP and his Finance guy to deliver what they promised and get the sp back to a respectable level.

An interesting interview by a law firm, which wasn’t focused on the investment case for Aminex but had interesting comments on gas in Tanzania. One thing the CFO did say was that AEX are going to be very busy next year, which is exactly what we want to here and are expecting.

Good to see that 140000 Buy at 13.89p. Let’s see if that sparks some interest.

John Fenwick mentions GMET in virtually every interview he gives. A week ago he was talking to Kitco specifically on gold and silver. Somehow the issue of US Government grants came up and he mentioned GMET and Tungsten. It is good to see he backs it with his own money. He is up to 2.4% and continues to buy on the pull back from the recent high of 52 cents/37p as he is confident it will regain its high in the coming months.

The volume is still there 5.4 million volume from 430 trades in the first 15 minutes of trading.

CHAR has reached half of Fridays volume of 22 million in the first 30 minutes of trading. Currently Up 8.3% at 2.6p.

Up 24% at the open, then down 1% and now Up 4% on volume of 4 million.

Oliver is throwing all GMETs resources at Pilot Mountain with this intensive 24/7 drilling programme because he wants to improve the grade and scale of the deposit to keep it as the leading contender to supply US sourced tungsten to the US military and secure the grants which would be an acknowledgment of that. The drill results are very impressive so far and will be plugged into the PFS that they are accelerating towards.

If GMET is going to bring Pilot Mountain into production on a fast track to meet a strategic US need it seems to me it will need help from a large miner or sell the project to a large miner. It needs the resources of a large miner to fast track this. The option that appeals to me is a partner now to bring on the project in the way Rio has bought into SVML’s project. It has been working on the ground alongside SVML and Rio recently increased its share to 20%, which is the largest percentage it can hold under Australian regulations without making a full bid. Scenarios such as that could produce a near term substantial increase in the share price. I hope someone asks a question along those lines in the upcoming interview round.

My apologies I should have checked my facts. It was the previous strategic raise on June 10th that was at a premium:

What is interesting to note is the Midweek Roast interview you refer to has had 37 views whereas the Natural Resource Stocks interview on a US channel done at a similar time has had 1100 views. I think Oliver is right when he says US investors are going to be the bigger volume drivers going forward. I think Oliver should be in Nevada today looking at the latest drill cores. He will then no doubt be on the US interview circuit spreading the outstanding drilling results to US investors. Let’s not forget the last money raised was from a US strategic investor who paid 27p per share which at the time was at a premium to the then current share price.

When you say POW haven’t had a discovery that is an incorrect statement. Pilot Mountain when it was acquired was an existing discovery which was spun off into GMET. GMET’s current drilling campaign is making further discoveries and increasing the resource. POW is the largest shareholder in GMET and it accounts for all its current market cap with all POW’s other investments in for free.

Just 7 trades so far for a volume of 53000. Interesting to note that the US interview I mentioned earlier has now had 477 views in under 24 hours compared to the Stockbox interview from the day before which has only managed 245 views. Let’s see if the volume on the OTC starts to increase as Oliver sees the OTC being the bigger volume market going forward.
