3 month extension, warrants exerciseable at 26p. Seems strange they've only extended such a short period with such a premium to the existing price unless the BoD think there's something in the offing within the timescale.

Maybe simplistic, but when they say the accounts should be ready in a month or so it indicates there's work to be done before they can publish. When it's by the end of the week then that to me is sitting 'i's and crossing 't's, so I'm expecting them to publish tomorrow. As someone has suggested they assume an after hours RNS will likely be bad news, but then again, if it was great news would having a weekend for this to blow be a bad thing?

Next RNS likely to be accounts submitted. What's people's prediction on price once this is out of suspension? Personally, I think if there's no material news update, there's still a trade to be had before it starts to drop again.

I know they hide behind nda's, but if there was a way around it and they could disclose rejected offers, it would give the share price a massive boost and allow all those investors that feel tied in and unwilling to sell at a massive loss, the opportunity to sell up or derisk. I'm holding 1.75m shares at an average 4-5p, purchases sub 1.5p to 29p. 10% of the shares I hold cost the lions share of the cost of my total investment. The board not disclosing any received offers is stopping any chances of me derisking down to sub 2p. Next AGM needs to be in person. They need to be held to account.
