Jimbob, if a 3rd party was to attempt a hostile takeover its not going to happen overnight. The shares in weak hands will start to be hoovered up leading to multiple increases in price. A TR1 would have to be lodged at 3 or 4% I believe and be RNS'd. Additional thresholds as the % holding rises would also need to be lodged and RNS'd. The interested party would also need to disclose their desire to takeover the company. We would be much more than 10x the current share price at this point, and there'd be enough sticky hands to ensure LTH get a return on their money whatever price they bought in at.

The only way we get 10x the current SP is if the BoD recommend a low ball offer.

Hi afrrm, I believe the company misgendered its substrate prior to selling and the company has been suspended whilst a thorough and rhobust investigation takes place by the relevant Russian authorities which take the subject very seriously. Being located in a sanctioned country at war is slightly delaying the sale of the company, but getting on the wrong side of gender ideology puts the risks at much higher levels. Its a very worrying time to be invested.

Pull the deal off before it does escalate, and then shareholders can use the dividend to spend as they wish. If they share my view move to the countryside, abroad whatever. If they don't, get a bigger house, new kitchen, lambo whatever, but get the deal over the line before sanctions against Russian assets worldwide are reciprocated with confiscation of worldwide assets in Russia.
