RE: Still no Kaz listing2 Jul 2025 15:26
"Obviously a fair here have no idea of the complexities that the Company are juggling at the minute, not only the AIX listing which will happen, but also due to the political climate. .....The listing will happen, the war will end, the assets will be sold - timing wise is anyone's guess - My realistic guess is 1 month max AIX listing, max 6 months for ceasefire, 1 year max for sale."
Another ××××××× year?
I remember making the point 3/4? yrs ago when posting the YT video 'How a currency dies' , that the purchasing power is being eroded in Sterling, the dollar and many of the worlds currencies are at the point of collapse. The SMO is almost half way through its 4th year, tensions in the middle East are rising, our PM is doing everything in his power to ruin the country and will tax us to oblivion. Who knows where we will be one year from now. The longer this sale drags on, (irrespective of the final sale price versus the highest offer already made), the more geopolitical problems worldwide, and lower the purchasing power of the final dividend we achieve. Potentially the only beneficiaries will be those wanting a better house in the UK if there's a housing crash, but even they might be in for a shock as Lloyd's and Blackrock continue to hoover up available property. Anybody that had other ideas for their money is being inflated to high heaven.
