Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Good post Lovely boy. On the issue of warrants expiring on Nov 2nd (sorry if this has already been asked and aswered- I've bgreen boxes all over the place), whats the process of re-issuing or extending the date? I think if us as shareholders have any power we really need to utilise it over the warrants to get some answers.
Brighter Later - check out redacted.com, and from there you'll find journalists actually in the war zone not just spouting propoganda. Eva Bartlett a Canadian boots on the ground journalist has a telegram site, and Patrick Lancaster amongst others.
The west will keep on propping Ukraine up as long as the people in power have money to lauder. A large proportion of the weapons being sent to them aren't even making it to the troops, but getting sold on the black market.
Depending on the price, I will get out of EUA2 as quickly as its viable to do. What EUA amongst others has shown me is just how long it takes for a miner to become revenue producing, which I was aware of, but did think EUA was different in that this was a sale of in demand assets. If anything I'll look to trade it as much as possible and possibly build up a free carry then forget about it for ten years. At no point, even if they deliver would I want to suffer the 'shortlies' and mushroom treatment again that we have been subjected to.
Aston, there may be no doubting your integrity, but there's some absolute sheisters on the TG group as well. Nowhere near as bad as here, but any comment that wasn't 100% pro was shouted down prior to the war. Not been on since so may have got better, but I doubt it.
Pdub, notice you've made reference to Calamari which many believe to be none other than scumbag Tom Winnifrith. Of course he won't want you to find positives as he's no doubt shorting this and benefitting from the SP dropping at the expense of genuine holders.
I've not been invested in BMN for some time now, but look in every so often to see whats going on as I believe there's a business here that will one day multi bag, so interesting to see the current valuation and that he is here infesting this board as he does across this site.
Folio - you're only as good as your last M&A attempt, and he's been sidelined despite having the best team of advisors alongside him. If Pep Guardiola inherited a title winning team, bought in the best coaches, invested in the best training facilities and invested heavily in the playing squad only to come 14th at the end of the season and not get out of the group stages of the champions league - that's Dmitry right now. His record at Barcelona, Bayern and City previously matter not one jot.
As you say Folio, suicide and mental health is often attributed to a financial position. The trolls on here need to consider their actions if they have any human decency, but it's the failure of the BoD that has given them such a powerful position.
Sbrace, as you say, 9 months ago it was bullish and full steam ahead. They've fooked this up and didn't have the guts to tell us at the time so have allowed the SP to get battered to current levels whilst they scratch about for someone new willing to take this off their hands and stop them looking like mugs. Absolutely no consideration for s/h's that, some of which may have been desperate for an exit Best BoD on aim my @r5e. Gutless and inept, even more so considering the level of people working alongside them. Even Joe Biden and Kamala Harris would have got this sold before our pathetic BoD.
CTC, 3.4p the bottom? Not sure any of us holders can really argue with the trolls anymore. The BoD are doing nothing to support the share price. It could drop to anything. All we know is the intrinsic value is multiples and hope the trolls don't get a ride on the way up as they've been the winners all the way down. Best BoD on aim my @r5e. I wouldn't p155 on them if they were on fire.
Not sure the BTC purchase at $22k will look good in a years time, but long term will look an incredible purchase IMHO. There's arguments it will drop a lot further still, but if EUA ever does pay out, I will be buying and holding for the long term.
Erdogan also vetoed Sweden and Finland plans to join NATO so looks like the ganging up on Russia is being replaced with a more diplomatic solution. When you listen to the likes of Scott Ritter and boots on the ground journos, you'll hear that Russian military operation has been nigh on perfectly and patiently executed and the Ukrainians have been haphazard ie placing mines to protect themselves, but in doing so stopping supply routes in etc.
