Nianjabi The planning application being heard on the 23rd May includes the gas to wire installation. It is for a maximum period of 3 years. Once Angus are happy they will then apply for production from this well. They already have OGA approval. My guess is this will be way short of the 3 years applied for. (The retention of the BRX4 well, the regularisation of the BRX4Z sidetrack, and the appraisal of BRX4Z using production plant and equipment within the existing site, for a temporary period of three years (part retrospective). ) (Gas Utilisation The produced fluids will contain gas, which will be separated from the oil and water and utilised to produce electricity and in local process heating. New setback for Europa�s oil drilling plans near Leith Hill in Surrey Europa Oil and Gas has withdrawn all the proposals for managing lorries delivering to its exploratory drilling site near Leith Hill in Surrey. The company has also pulled out of an appeal against the county council over delays in agreeing the proposals. The construction traffic management plan (CTMP) is the last planning condition with which Europa must comply in order to start work on the site at Bury Hill Wood, near Dorking. The site, known to the industry as Holmwood, is near the village of Coldharbour on a shoulder of Leith Hill, in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Part of the proposed lorry route is along a narrow, winding lane that runs steeply uphill between historic tree-lined banks. Planning permission was approved in 2015 by a government-appointed inspector after two public inquiries and two court cases. The permission runs until August 2018. Why, for instance, has Angus Energy (ANGS) agreed to a deal this week with Bergen which ensures that its investors will get so utterly rogered that no amount of lube can ease the pain. The convertible loan note is for a gross �3.39 million but Angus only gets �3 million so that is a whopping 11.5% fee up front. It gets worse. Bergen receives over 8 million shares at 0.2p when shares are at trading at 6p. Bergen will get to sell those shares and then make a payment to the company based on the performance of the shares but it is not disclosed what the deal is so we have no idea of what Bergen can make from selling them at what price. So much for transparency but you can bet the ranch that the proceeds will add materially to the coke & hookers fund round at Bergen. It could well be they can sell them down to par with no risk to themselves. These shares are separate to the shares Bergen will receive when it converts the loan notes. The clear implication is that Bergen can short sell the conversion using these "free" shares. Bergen also gets 5 million warrants at only 9.9p for 48 months. That is an incredibly long warrant term. It is not disclosed in the RNS what constraints are placed on Bergen trading. Why? Again is this to allow forward selling? It is - at the least - not very transparent. In terms of the conversion price, Bergen gets to chose the average of 5 lowest daily VWAPs of the period but the release doesn't disclose the period. Is it 5 days or 20 days. I suspect 20 days. That's why it hasn't disclosed. With such a formula Bergen cannot lose, it is bound to make a killing on every conversion and share dump, especially if it has been able to forward sell with its "free" shares. This is just an appalling deal for shareholders. Surely Angus could have struck a better one with a less usurious provider?"

TrueOil BB-1 was a deviated well and BB1-Z was a deviated sidetrack off BB-1. Few wells drilled these days are vertical (10%) unless for a specific reason. Drilling a sidetrack saves time and money. Angus don't have any drilling plans as far as I am aware unless you are referring to Holmwood which will be a deviated well.
