Not sure that HH flow test will add anything as the test is for the KL3 and KL4 reservoirs. What he failed to mention was that Angus applied to WSCC on 11th December for a Screening Opinion but never got a reply until after 22nd January so they were well ahead of the curve considering planning ran out in February.
