Pboo Read the planning application for the 10 year extension to produce from the current wells. The same company that drilled BB-1 and BB-1Z (excuse me for swearing) also drilled Lidsey-2 and made the same cock up. They had to case Lidsey-2 twice in the Kimmeridge and I expect they have left the same heap of rubbish behind the casing as they did at BB. Would you try to produce from it?

After 3 hours of searching last night I found all the info I needed. 1000 bopd at Balcombe and we would have another Lidsey scenario imo and my confidence in horizontal wells shot. 2000bopd should be achievable. It will be interesting to see how they get on at HH but I see HHDL website has been suspended so no news there.

If you could explain why they did not log the horizontal section of Balcombe-2Z or why it did not flow naturally as the completion is the same as it is at Lidsey I could be persuaded to change my mind. I am still trying to find out which bit they flowed in Balcombe-1. I will trade this one a little longer as I have UKOG since 2014. Big boys won't be interested until they can produce a CPR imo. We are already 50% down on where we should be. Sentiment is shot away imo. Balcombe test is only a week and won't produce that much oil imo. Pressure monitoring It is anticipated that it will take 2-3 days to remove the pump and install pressure gauges in the well. The well will be shut in and secured for an estimated 60 days. It is estimated that it will take approximately 9 weeks and 10 HGV movements for this operation.
