So what. I didn't mention EWT. Pretty sure UKOG would have got the necessary clearance to carry on flaring as an interim measure until full production facilities are built. I'm surprised some on here aren't questioning what the BoD have for breakfast.

Depends on whether they are still classing HH-1 as a production test.

From EA permit:
"The permit also now allows the use of an enclosed ground flare to flare waste gas arising from the well during production tests. The amount of gas to be flared shall not exceed 10 tonnes per day."

Flaring gas up to 10t is also allowed in the absence of a permanent production facility by a temporary flare unit (from gas management plan)

Mays figures will be up in September. They are 4 months in arrears. Once UKOG get FDP OGA approval for the Kimmeridge all we will get is the field data and not individual well data.

You all need to remember a number of workovers took place on HH-1 in the last few months so it was not 24/7 production every week. It is not until July that production has been continuous imo. Even then I can't guarantee that. They were certainly working on the well in May and June so those figures won't tell the full story.

I'm not sure that many on here actually watched the webcast looking at the rubbish written by some. It is all here:

Between 3 hours 15 minutes onwards and 3 hours 31 minutes (which included a 15 minute break) the Chairman gave reasons why the vote was not a good idea and it went 6 votes for and 5 against approval.
The lawyer then jumped in says we do need reasons for refusal. Various inputs for reasons for refusal were given. They took a 15 minute break to formalise before reconvening and holding a 2nd vote which went 9 votes for and 1 against to refuse application.

It matters not one iota that HH-1 does not meet your expectation.

They have also drilled 5 wells even if two are called sidetracks they are "well bores".

You really are a moaning minnie who does need to get his facts right before mouthing off.
