Adrian. How many shares did they get? No TR1. You need to DYOR as it is PW Well Test not Services. Number of shares in issue has not increased since the 2.1bn were admitted ages ago.

On 9 June 2020, the London Stock Exchange published an edition of its Inside AIM newsletter in which it announced temporary measures that will apply to AIM companies in respect of their obligation to publish half-yearly reports in accordance with Rule 18 of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Previously, in the 26 March 2020 edition of Inside AIM in which AIM Regulation announced the extension of the time period for filing annual reports, AIM Regulation had indicated it would keep under review the requirements of AIM companies for reporting half-yearly results. These reports have to be notified “without delay” and in any event within 3 months from the end of the period to which they relate. In the latest edition of the newsletter, the Exchange announced that, with effect from 9 June, AIM Regulation will permit AIM companies that need extra time to prepare their half-yearly report, an additional one month in which to notify them.

This extension is stated to temporary whilst the UK faces the disruption resulting from the coronavirus pandemic. The Exchange indicated that they will keep these temporary measures under review and, when the disruption to AIM companies eases, they will announce an orderly transition to standard reporting periods under AIM Rules 18 and 19

To take advantage of the additional month to publish half-yearly figures, an AIM company must announce via a RIS its intention to utilise the extended deadline prior to the date AIM Rule 18 would otherwise have required publication. The Company’s Nomad must also inform AIM regulation separately.

In a footnote, the Exchange also added that the accounting period to which an extension for annual audited accounts may be sought pursuant to Inside AIM dated 26 March 2020 is superseded by the 9 June edition and such extensions will be available until further notice of an orderly transition back to standard reporting periods.

Notwithstanding the additional time allowed for half-yearly reports and the annual reports announced previously, the Exchange reminded AIM companies that they should consider their disclosure obligations under the AIM Rules with advice and guidance from their Nomads. Obligations under the Market Abuse Regulation also continue to apply.

No new onshore wells have been spudded this year so no need to go to the states or Canada for one. In fact the UK companies will be fighting for business imo. The last ones drilled onshore were HH-2 and HH-2Z.

You will also need approved FDP's for HH-1 Kimmeridge and HH-2Z Portland, EA approvals for applied for and final storage capacity, Condition 19 from SCC, gas to wire approval and completion of site upgrade.

And yet they did not update the CPR after all the testing, coring and logging they have done so forgive me if I stick to the current CPR.
You have to remember how investors were misled back in the early days with predicted OIP for the Portland. I'll stick with the facts.

Difficult to understand how they would get 2P reserves of 45MMbbl when 2C resources are only 1.498MMbbl for the Upper Portland. The 100 MMbbl net UKOG reserve potential was for existing licences not just HH. Know your P's and C's.

Rubbish. Not sure where you did your research. Tonnage of gas?

"The permitted total gas volume produced during the test period is no greater than 330,000 m3". The maximum they ever produced was 6 m3 of gas a day which gives them 55000 days if needed.
