"The government’s moratorium on fracking will not affect plans to enhance oil and gas production in north Lincolnshire, Egdon Resources said today.
Speaking on the final day of a public inquiry, the company’s barrister, Hereward Phillpot QC said the recent ministerial statement did not apply to proposals to stimulate the well at Wressle:
“No hydraulic fracturing consent is required in this case and hence the government’s decision in relation to such consents does not affect this scheme.”
He said the proppant squeeze planned at Wressle was “different in both the scale and purpose from associated hydraulic fracturing”. The resulting fracture would be “much more limited”, he said."

Being a bit selective aren't you. The 2 closest Kimmeridge wells, Brockham and Balcombe" both have water problems and neither are in production either.

1. Full repayment of the convertible loan with Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Ltd ("Loan Note"), making the Company debt free. The repayment eliminates the uncertainty attached to Loan Note conversion timings and pricing, something the Company feels was perceived to exert a negative influence on the Company's share price.

What was put in the figures by UKOG is what we have to live with. Will just have to wait another month to see what they show.
You would have to fill the well at least 4 times over to get those water figures so I'm guessing that is only part of the story.
Brockham produced up to 500m3 of water a month during production so it's not exactly unexpected especially when HH-2Z also hit a patch.
