Considering all the other resolutions received over 500m votes and all over 93% in favour I can't conceive that your hypothesis is anywhere near correct.

We haven't heard anything from UKOG regarding the requirement to "acquire 40 km2 of 3D seismic by 30 September 2021" as required by the "Retention Areas Agreed (Updated October 2020) 2014 Model Clauses".

Resolution 1 – Directors’ Authority to Allot Shares
This is an ordinary resolution to grant the Directors with authority to allot and issue shares and grant rights to subscribe for shares in the Company for the purposes of Section 551 of the Act up to the maximum aggregate nominal amount of £800,000. This Resolution replaces any existing authorities to issue shares in the Company and the authority under this Resolution will expire at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
Resolution 2 – Disapplication of Pre-emption Rights
Resolution 2 proposes to dis-apply the statutory rights of pre-emption in respect of the allotment of equity securities for cash under Section 561(1) of the Act. This is a special resolution authorising the Directors to issue equity securities as continuing authority up to an aggregate nominal amount of £400,000 for cash on a non pre-emptive basis pursuant to the authority conferred by Resolution 1 above.
The authority granted by this Resolution will expire at the conclusion of next annual general meeting of the Company."

The summer doesn't start until Monday, 21 June or are they using the met definition of "summer" in which case it will be Tuesday, 1st June.

Sanderson has lost the plot when it comes to the Kimmeridge. Talk of a horizontal when you have 5 layers to choose from and a slanted well when the one at BB collapsed because of the 45 degree angle make no sense at all to me. They still haven't cored the Kimmeridge so how would they know where to put a horizontal well in? I guess saying something is better than saying nothing.

It's all a play on words imo. It doesn't actually say they used the "third-party market-based valuation of Alba's investment" in the determination they placed on HHDL it just says they commissioned one.

SNR had a share of the Resan/Basur licence back in 2016 but sold their share to AME after the first 5 wells at East Sadak had been drilled.

Have you been dreaming again. When you wake up are your sheets covered in oil? There are now over 12bn shares in issue. Turkey would need to produce at 2000 bopd to take the SP to 2p imo. 20p is fantasy land but then again that is where you live isn't it.
