Considering resolution 6 was removed at the AGM there must have been a number of 10 bob millionaires objecting considering over 500k shares won the day for the other 5 resolutions. If Rodders succeeds I wouldn't even like to hazard a guess of the outcome if there were 5 resolutions to vote on. Only time and the number of shareholders voting will tell.

So what. All I was inferring was that if the 86 shareholders supporting the cause to get SS et al out could take the time to do that they could also take the time to vote on the other 2 resolutions.
Up 9am 27th May, 438,918,765 shares, representing 3.39% of UKOG shares would be a hefty number of votes cast in any direction.

The shareholders taking part here could play a big part in the resolutions already tabled.
Nearly 600,000,000 shares recorded for each of the 5 resolutions last time.
