The longer they delay the worse it gets. If they want to raise £2m in cash for every drop of 0.001p they need to issue at least another 50m shares.

Have UKOG ever given advance notice of a placing? I have no recollection of it ever happening or even if they they gave shareholders a chance to invest. Perhaps that is the delay in getting a placing away.; they have never done it before in this format.

Yet another well thought out post. Makes you wonder why they haven't spudded already. Wonder what excuse you can come out with.

Had a quick look over the last 7 years and may have missed a few. Latest placing at the top and bottom was in 2017. Interesting how the discount has changed over time. Should really have noted all the amounts being raised and what they were for.

trillhunter doesn't want anyone to be able to buy at a lower price than him. Last in, first out will blow his chances of selling.

About the same % as the resolutions at the AGM. Looks like more shareholders voted though.

They didn't start "producing" till mid-March so OGA figures are short for a 12 month period. Plenty of RNS updates on number of barrels produced if could be bothered to read them.

2020 Annual Report. By end February 2021, post period, the Horse Hill field had produced and exported over 137,000 bbl of Brent quality crude from its Kimmeridge and Portland oil pools, providing the Company with a solid revenue base. 96,000 barrels in 2019 Annual Report. 35,000 barrels in 2018 Annual Report.
